How Can I Become a Christian?

First, Admit that you are a sinner. Everyone has done things that displease God. (Romans 3:10; 3:23). Agree with God that the things you've done are wrong.

Next, Believe that God sent Jesus to save you. God loved us before we knew Him (Romans 5:8), and sent Jesus to die for our sins, and then raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9-10). Jesus has power over Death and Hell. Those who believe in him do not need to fear Death. (John 11:25-26)

Then, Commit yourself to following Jesus. The following is a sample prayer that you might pray, to make this commitment:

Lord Jesus, I know that I have sinned against You. Please forgive me.
Please give me the free gift of Eternal Life, which you bought for me on
the cross. I want You to be in control of my life. Amen.

It's that simple. The Bible says that "Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13) Please let us know about your decision, so that we can rejoice with you.
